It’s sometimes hard to unplug ourselves from our busy lives, but to help you and others make your time at Kiyo a peaceful escape we ask that cell phones and pagers are set to a silent mode or turned off.
A CHANGE OF PLANS
We ask if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment to please give us 24 hours notice within office hours. Also, unfortunately, a late arrival may mean rescheduling your appointment for another time so our next guest is able to start at their reserved time.
At Kiyo we understand that your time is important and we hope you appreciate ours is too. In cases where 24 hours cancellation or rescheduling is not made clients may be charged 20% of the price of services booked.
GRATUITIES
Treatment prices and gift certificates do not include gratuities.

Kiyo believes that all feedback is good feedback. We feel that it is extremely important to have you leave feeling that you where given the best treatment possible. If you feel your expections have not been met in any way please let us know, we would love the opportunity to make things just right. We have a no money return policy on all services.
